Trusted, patient and experienced, Weaver Wireless offers home automation set-up and assistance, in-home appointments and consultations to help you connect all of your wireless devices and learn which technologies and features enhance your lifestyle.

Wendy loves helping customers feel connected.

Whether you want to watch Netflix or play Pandora music on your smart television, print Pinterest recipes from your tablet, or learn how to install Facebook and post photos or download other applications on your mobile device, Wendy ensures you feel comfortable and confident with your wireless experience.

She also specializes in supporting customers who wish to pair their hearing aids with mobile technology.

Assistance with Hearing Aids (Pairing/Troubleshooting) $50.00 / HR

Wireless Workshops

Weaver Wireless offers public and private Wireless Workshops at various locations. Our workshops include topics like ‘Get To Know Your Device,’ ‘Bring Your Device, Bring Your Questions,’ ‘The Basics of iPhone IOS,’ ‘The Basics of Android,’ and more. We also design customized workshops for private events based on your needs.

And, each month, Wendy co-hosts Wireless Workshops with Artisan Hearing Technologies and TCC Montoursville that are free and open to the public.

Wireless Workshop for Android/Apple/Microsoft Phones (Min 4 people, Max 10 people preferred for Workshops. Larger groups - additional cost)  $25.00 / Person / HR (Group Rates Only)

1 on 1 Basic Wireless Workshop for Apple / Android / Smartphones / Tablets $35.00 / Person / HR

BUSINESS SERVICES & CONSULTATIONS

Weaver Wireless helps businesses maximize the effectiveness of mobile devices and applications to increase sales, enhance marketing reach, and streamline customer service and support.

How do we do this?

We consult with you on which device(s) will best suit your needs, provide on-site deployment and set up, as well as teach you and your employees ways to better utilize applications and technology that you’re already paying for, in addition to providing specialized product or application training and technical support.

Pricing

Tech Support Services $75.00 / HR

Deployment of Phones (Basic or Smartphones) or Tablets $75.00 / HR

(Minimum Show Up Fee $50.00) (Mileage Charge from Business Office Address to location if over 30 miles, $0.50 cents / Mile)

Consultative Services: Learn an Application & Train Your Employees on the Application (Can negotiate contracted work pricing.) $500.00 / 8 hr day

Retainer Programs Now Available $200 / month = 3 Hrs

Weaver Wireless also offers ongoing technical support services to companies on a retainer basis.


Buy-Back Program

We offer a Buy Back Program for your old phones and tablets. Weaver Wireless also sells refurbished devices in good condition. Ask us for more details.
